A: MetaJiva has been engaged on monthly subscription, hourly and fixed deliverable project bases. We work both onsite and off at the customers’ requests.

A: Sure, but we’re a better value as a sourcing team with tools in place.
Q: Does MetaJiva replace in-house recruiters or HR?
A: Actually, we’re usually make their lives a lot easier. Many of our customers are in-house recruiters and HR professionals who shine brightest when handling serious, pre-qualified prospects. On the other hand, MetaJiva is the recruiting department for about half our customers, working directly for hiring managers who don’t have in-house recruiting partners.
Q: Is MetaJiva a temp or placement agency?
We are not a temp agency, though we do payroll some contractors. We consider ourselves an extension of our client’s HR efforts. We know that “temp to perm” arrangements are often a highly desirable, mutual “try before you buy” approach.
