We define “prospects” as interested, qualified candidates. This just-in-time (JIT) style service is designed to supply our customers with high quality pipelines of interested candidates via the web 24 hours a day. MetaJiva is well positioned to deliver speed, cost and quality results many firms are not in the business of delivering or building on their own.

It’s helpful to note that our intention is not to replace in-house recruiting efforts, but to enhance and expertly leverage them. In some settings we report directly to hiring managers, in others we’re part of HR.
